Nexus 5 may be Phones available in forms of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB with respect to the internal storage system.
However, as per recent information the previous idea seems to be untrue. The fresh rumors claim that the Nexus 5 display is going to be of 4.5inch, with the 720p IPS screen. This is supposedly going to have a lower-spec Qualcomm 600 quad-core processor and may be running at 1.5GHz.
Rumors also talk about a smart GPS assisted camera which may be introduced with the Nexus 5. As per the patent filed by Google, Nexus 5 may tie the settings for the camera with GPS. If it actually happens, it is going to help you a lot in shooting better pictures. There is description in the patent system about the camera which is going to be aware of the location it is in, along with lots of weather information which may be available through the internet. If this is combined with other forms of sensors which may be there with the device like that of a temperature or light sensor along with the accelerometer, the camera settings will work on a fine-tuned basis in order to yield even more high end results.
